My 3 year old, ornamental ironwork, some woodworking.... were building a house in the spring/summer of next year so all my free time has lately been spent lining things up for that.

+1 on LOST!!!! :D

My main hobby is racing Time Trials... I have a Race built EVO that never seems to stop needing money! I spent a lot of time out west racing in NASA and SCCA.

On the slower side my other passion is Golf...The course is where I go to relax. Started playing about 12 years ago and don't plan on quitting!!

Finally, my family is my biggest passion. I have a loving wife and 2 great children. My daughter Olivia is almost 3 and my son Dexter will be 1 this December.

I've also got astronomy as a hobby.
Actually I combine astronomy and photography (see signature).

Other hobbies include computers and electronics.

I collect coins, stamps, and antique scientific equipment (I know, I know I have already heard it all). Also , anything that gets me outside, camping, hiking, biking.

A lot of my hobbies have slowed a bit since graduating college, real world bills kick in at that point:neutral:

But, aside from photography:
Cooking - my culinary skills are probably what landed me my fiancée
Cars - how I became addicted to internet forums, but learned how to save a lot of money by doing things myself
Snowboarding - I went a lot in college, not so much lately
Drums - I've been playing drums for roughly 13 years now, it's the best form of stress relief, and probably my biggest hobby over the course of my life.

I figured it came down to technique, gear and difficulty. Sounds like something that is very rewarding when done well and extremely dangerous if not done well.

Thanks for the extra info.

(I was just kinda poking fun with the "Artisitc Vs Technical...") ;)

Yea the two sports i have always been really interested in ( scuba diving and Sky Diving ) have the same horrible out come... If your gear fails and you run out of air... chances are you will die :D

Honestly, I just really got into photography and I've been so interested in learning as much as I can that it pretty much consumes most of my free time. :)

I do enjoy reading, however. And I love The Office and Lost.
