Poor little guy

In the garden again this morning and thought I had a half decent shot of this Long Tailed Tit having a scratch. It was only when I saw it on screen that I realised the poor thing had a Tick attached to its eye. Hopefully it will soon fall off and has no effect on the birds sight.

Awww, that is so sad. Poor little fella. I hope he's going to be ok.

That's not good, this little chap was dead three days later and the tick was the size of a baked bean by then.
