It was raining out today so I thought I'd shoot some flowers inside. C&C welcomed and appreciated!

Very nice! I'm not very good at framing flower shots - they never come out looking right. Nice job!

Excellent set Jamie...something different from ya that has no wheels :p :lol:. I like how you captured the texture of the petals and the detail at the center of the flower.

#4 for me also. Notice how the light center draws your eye into the frame.

#1 is a nice composition also but has no "subject" to capture the eye. I think I would try dodging the center to get the same effect as in #4.

Excellent lighting.

LOL, I am just used to seeing your wonderful car, bike (anything fast) photos that this just shocked me. Especially #4. That should be printed, mounted and for sale in a gallery. If I may please ask, where was this shot and what was the lighting? The background looks like it was shot in a studio verses outside. I take it this was shot with your 100mm macro? That is the next lens on my list especially if these were taken with it.
