Shooting fast moving objects

If you like to do fast moving objects, check this site for the new Xtend-a-sight. Fits right into the flash shoe and lets you put any type of Red Dot scope on it. I use a 30mm and also a 45mm. The 30mm is a little lighter and they both really free up your eyes so all you need to do is keep the red dot on the moving object and take the picture.

Great idea. I'd actually thought about a sighting like this for panning, but couldn't work out how to make it work - and it wouldn't have been anywhere near as good as this probably :-).
