This is a very scientific poll. I have found on the web all three of the poll examples and want to know, what is the official name of the device that automatically provides focus.

I did forget that one, but I also forgot:
"My autofocus seems to front focus" and
"My AF seems to back focus."

I voted D. After all this is the underlying reason you posted this thread. You don't care about AF! You just wanted to raise notice to Hoff's error of prognostication.
