5/10, the dissatisfied looks horrible on the companies behalf.

50D with 18-200 is $1838.
its $2099 for that same kit on b&h.

place looks like a scam, id stay away.

DigitalRev is probably not known in the States, but it's HUGE here in Britain. They have been shipping cameras from Hong Kong since god knows when. Google them and see for yourself.

The maximum transfer speed is the difference, you need Extreme IV to get UDMA on a Sandisk card.

No, there Extreme III cards are UDMA now.....http://www.dpreview.com …2311sandisk_45mbs16gb.asp (external link)

Maybe I am overlooking it but only the Extreme IV support the UDMA technology.

Maybe it's just me, and I don't want to be rude. But in the States this place doesn't seem right, nor does it seem right that you are giving it your blessing with your first post.

You're quite right to be sceptical. But DigitalRev has been selling to the UK for many years. If you're in the US and not subject to Canon Europe's price gouging then they don't have much to offer, though.

Not sure what you mean by "doesn't seem right"? You can't really tell anything from reseller rating as there are only 2 reviews.

dont think you'll see it anywhere cheaper in the UK. Japanese version though. Is there a difference? they say it has a UK warranty?

Seems to have got good ebay rating but if you look at the item description it says 'Nikon'. The site does not install me with a lot of confidence.

I'd be very sceptical of the warranty. Canon will service lenses anywhere in the world, but the general rule is that any electrical goods (including camera bodies) have a warranty that only applies in the region of purchase. There are, of course, always exceptions, and some people have managed to get Canon Europe to service bodies bought overseas.

murphyscamera.com is their site, but you need to call them to order, I believe.

Jessop new oxford street in London, London camera exchange - bristol had two earlier in the week, other branches should have stock in. I bought mine for £949, so haggle them down (body only). RGB tech shoudl have some in, as should bristol cameras. Warehouse express should also have stock, but they are still listing £1200 RRP

You should be able to find one by next weekend
