After it set me back hundreds of millions to recalibrate the damn thing when it started to back-focus badly, I had enough and flogged it on eBay to some guy in Spain...

You idiots are forgetting that the Hubble Space telescope's sensor is less than 1 megapixel! 800x800, to be exact. Ask NASA if you don't believe me.
