My friend Garratt and I made the 45 mile drive down to a spot around Monterey Bay. The trip looked like a bust but then we found this spot.

Sweet shot! I think I recognize that spot. The wave style and the color of the water and sand is a dead giveaway! Great summer break!! I wish I was into photography when I lived there....

Thanks guys. I made the mistake of paddling out with my Tokina at 15mm. I was pretty bummed because 10mm would have made this shot so much better.
