Is anyone currently using this display?

I just replaced my PC this weekend, and bought a package with this display.

If anyone is using it, I'd be interested in hearing about you calibration experiences/results.

I've got the Spyder2 Pro setup and did my initial calibration last night (late). I also calibrated my Dell 1905FP 19" that I use as a secondary display in the portrait orientation. From my first impressions, even though I thoroughly went through the calibration setup, I find the HP display to be much more vivid and saturated than the Dell.

I ended up returning the system and display about 10 days after I bought it, the display was just not co-operative.

I ended up ordering a customized d5000t from HP's site, and ordering a 24" HP LP2475w (IPS) from CDW.

The display I'm writing on now. You're gonna' luv it.

Good decision on the return. You'll never get a top display in a package. Packages are all about low pricing and are usually put together with low end monitors.

Yeah, it was too bad, because the computer part of the package was really nice, I would have kept it, if not for the monitor. The custom HP I ordered is a bit better, but I would have been fine with the previous system.

Anyway, I've had the LP2475w for about a 6 weeks now, I'm very happy happy with it, it was well worth the $$$.

I'm looking at the HP Lp2475w also. Working with a 3.0 P4 with 1 gig of ram on a 19" CRT. Would have to upgrade the video card I think. Thinking of the monitor and the Eye One display 2 to calibrate it. Do you guys recommend this?

I'm interested in getting the LP2475w myself... great price for what looks to be a great display.
