looking to get a hand grip before I drop my camera. Used to like the E1 a lot when I had my 350d + Grip. Now have a 40D and don't want a grip, so was thinking of buying the camdapter manfrotto (Have an RC2 plate fixed to my camera all the time anyway)
First, is the camdapter manfrotto decent?
Second, do I have to buy one of their handgrips, or can I buy an E1 and use that? It looks like the camdapter just gives you an extra loop to use for any old grip.
thirdly, any ebay 3rd party grips to consider?
