On the second picture, second set I would like to see less of the white of her left eye, if she could have just changed direction of her gaze a little to the left, it would have been perfect. JMO.

Thanks guys... I appreciate the advice... I never would've thought about needing the eyes to look a bit more towards me in the side-view shot... You're definitely right! It kind of looks like it's all white...
