mmm, my favorite lens. You've made an excellent choice.

I suspect you'll find yourself using it more than you thought, too. I find myself pulling it out of the bag a LOT, because my 28-105 just isn't quite wide enough.

Anyway, to OP, congrats. The lens is definitely a joy to use. It's really light and the performance (AF, IQ) has consistently exceeded my expectation.

Arguably one of Canon's best lenses. Good choice!
