I was voluntold to shoot this wedding by my wife. The B&G could not afford a real photographer and they were disillusioned into thinking that I could shoot a wedding just because I own fancy gear. While I don't think all of the shots were horrible, I know that I missed key moments. I've never been a second shoot so I was not used to the flow of a wedding. I look forward to the next time I get to shoot a wedding because I know how to fix some of my mistakes. It's all a learning process.

Speaking of process...my PP work is not the best. I've delayed putting these up for fear of looking stupid. I got over that though. Tear them apart. I have a lot to learn and I'm eager to do so.

Thanks...

Ben

OK, I am gonna give it to you straight....Quit your whining, you did great :-). You may have missed some moments, but you caught some really nice ones. You should be proud as I am sure the B&G are, most of us are our on worse critic.

Love the dress shot very nice.

Greg

Thanks folks. I suppose I'll quit whining. Then again, I posted some of the best ones (8 photo limit). The B&G were very happy with the photos and I guess that's what matters.

I had a lot of fun shooting the wedding and will probably continue to do them. I look forward to posting more in the future.

Don't be so hard on yourself. I think you did well. My favorites are #6 and #7, and I don't see any major concerns with any of them. You certainly don't look stupid in my opinion.
