All I've seen was "For use with lenses smaller than 300mm f2.8 or 400mm f3.5" but no weight rating.
I've read somewhere that it can hold up to 17lbs.
I like the size of this one compare to the BH-1.
Can a 1D+300 f2.8 survice on it?
