I am wanting to build a makeshift "studio" in my room, mainly just to play around with portrait photography. I want a white backdrop and a black backdrop, where would be a good place to get them for under $100? I have also heard of using queen bed sheets, would that work?

I got a muslin from Kaiser before. It's cheap but quality is way better than bed sheets for sure.

The main thing is, I want that paper look, but with the reusability of fabric.

I'm temporarily using a bed sheet. It looks fine but sometimes you see ripples in the fabric.
