But Jim & I still got some good ones. I'll let him post his on his own thread. He's getting too good for me. :)

1. Reflecting pool was totally still and filtered out the misty atmosphere to get a better image than through the air. So wonderful.

2. Silhouette - I thought it worked well

IMAGE: http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c379/sbastian/IMG_0337_SilhouettewithTemple.jpg

3. In the Visitor's Center - Can someone tell me how to get rid of the shadow without making it look bad?

IMAGE: http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c379/sbastian/IMG_0363_InsideVC.jpg

4. I wanted something more artistic, but the sun wasn't there. So sad.

IMAGE: http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c379/sbastian/IMG_0325_Veil4x6.jpg

5. What else can you do? Umbrellas up! But at least it all matched.

Thanks for looking!

Suzy, it was great fun to work this wedding with you yesterday...these are great photos...someday I might get to be as good as you are...I keep trying :)

One thing for sure...our B&G will be delighted with the outcome...I will do the Reception photos over the long weekend and get all my photos to you on a DVD.

Very nice shots Suzie! I love the reflection shot!

You did a great job.

You can clone the shadow out.

I will take a try at it.

What is the church in some of the shots? It looks like a painting... and resembles Battersea Power Station :) Where is it located?

THanks, Kathy. Great edit. I'll need to do that one! Thanks.

I loved the couple. They were definitely sweet, very quiet and shy. There were only about 15 people at the ceremony and Thanks to Jim & Doug, the reception shots were done. What about the man with the N*kon helping? That was fun to watch. :) Okay, I won't whine. :)

Thanks, everyone! It was a really wet day. And the place is the Washington DC Temple in Kensington, MD. Jon lives close by and it's an hour 1/4 from my house, Jim lives closer. We've done shoots there now more than 4 or 5 times. It's always beautiful, but I'm waiting for a fall wedding. Haven't done fall yet. :) Thanks for your comments. I don't really like formal shots, but that's what the clients always want, so I do them. I love the blue sky more.

Thanks, Jim has an even better one. I hope he posts his. I'll link when he does. Right under the balcony is the original spot for reflection shots, but when the church renovated the Visitors Center, they added the balcony and then the foliage. Now the spot is not reachable to take a better reflection picture. For some reason, the pool was completely calm and wonderful yesterday. That has NEVER happened before.
