i recently bought an 85 1.8 and i like taking pics of my dogs. this is one indoor. i looks a bit noisy cuz i had my ISO at 1600. it looked sharper in DPP too. what do you think? what could i do to improve this in PP?

My take is the DOF is great, the toy and his one closest eye and nose is all in focus. If it is a crop I would give him a little more room on the right to look into. It a great shot and the dog is the sweetest looking little guy, great job. There will people with more experience then me coming by soon I'm sure. Marjorie

I just used the noise reduction in Photoshop but very conservatively otherwise it looks far too soft. Also reducing the image size kind of hid some of the noise that was still visible.
