Background is too busy.

The red and yellow in the background have also been over saturated by the HDR making them stand out a bit more. My eyes are draw to what looks like a police "do not cross" tape in the background as a result.

That bit of building on the left could be cropped out also.

Pretty cool idea with the translucent hood, which could be explored further; I agree about the distracting background - was this actually taken at a crime scene??
