Can be broken, cracked or whatever. I have been looking everywhere with no luck and was hoping someone could help. Even sent mine to midstate and they didn't have the right part.

I am frustrated to the point of making my own. I am going to make a template tonight and look for the associated parts. I have the ability and material avaiable I just don't want it to look like crap.

It is less damaging than gaff tape and reuseable. It still doesn't look the best but it's better than tape. I found out I can use the lock off of almost any non-is telephoto like the 600mm f4l, 500mm f4.5L, 400mm f2.8l or 200mm f1.8l. They all have the same lock so if I can find anyone of those hoods in any shape I am good to go.
