#1 does it for me - very cool!

One small thing: perhaps you could rotate the photo so the boards are straight across, rather than at a shallow angle.

Last one looks best. There seems to be some beer missing from the bottle though.

I like 4 & 5. Try it with an older or more unique bottle. Grolsh maybe. Or a bottle of red wine.
