The trouble was if I was more than 30 cm away from the trigger or around the edge of the box it wouldnt fire. As long as I was in line and not further away than close proximity to the edge would it work. When they did work I was happy with the results but not having the freedom to move further away is not acceptable. Do you think it is the box blocking the signal? Yes yes i know you get what you pay for, so I am not sure if this is something I can fix by adjusting something or bite the bullet and purchase something more reliable? At the moment this is only a part time thing so pocket wizards may be overkill. But I am considering them. Oh and here is a photo if you are interested. The receiver is the red plastic on the front of the flash, you have it facing the wrong way. Switch it around and it will probably see the bounce flash off somewhere.
