Will the RC0 head able to mount EF100-400 ?

Hi,
I am having 0x55ProB tripod and a RC0 ball head. I am planning to buy EF 100-400 this month. Will i be able to mount the lens on the head using the collar? I am interested in bird photography. If some accessories can be helpful please suggest.
