I lot her tattoo! The color rocks!

The image on the other hand is ok. It looks like you snapped a pic. The background is distracting.

I think the exposure, lighting, pp, etc is great. I just think the execution needs work.

I think you missed the whole point.

The whole idea was to take pictures of her as if she were an employee who should be a model and not a model who was playing the part of an employee.

I worked hard to get that snapshot look while still getting the glamor to show through.

Well, it doesn't work for everyone, obviously, and that's ok. I'll keep trying!

I like the shot, but I don't love it. She looks like you surprised the heck out of her....maybe looking towards you from "under her lashes" or even looking at the tablet as she was "writing" or something....but otherwise I like it.

I love Tattoos have one.. wife has a few. But here is a bit much for my taste...

However the contrast between her hair and Eyes has me feeling weak in the knees....She is stunning.

Have you posted pictures of her somewhere else? I know I have seen her before. I really-really remember the "Mario" tattoo on her left arm from somewhere.

That said, there are plenty of ways to make environmental portraits that don't feel like snapshots. You need to clean your background up a lot-- the hangers and crap don't add anything to the image as far as communicating the place, and are distracting. It's a nice image but I think it's very true that a little more attention to detail would have helped it a lot.
