....with the quality of prints from Photobox?

I haven't used a print lab before so I thought I would give Photobox a try as I've a number of holiday 6x4 prints I want to make. I uploaded 20 to give it a try, and having got the prints back I am not particulalry impressed as the colours look "muddy", lack any real "pop", and the images just don't look very sharp.

On my screen they look fine, and yes I know it could be calibration, but when I print one or two on my Epson Photo Stylus 340 (not a particularly high spec printer), they look pretty close to what's on the screen, with much more vibrant colours and what appear to be sharper images.

Am I expecting too much of what is after all a budget print service or is it worth persevering and contacting them about this set of prints?

Any thoughts?
