Here ya go. I figured I built this for 250.00 since I had the Stroboframe already. Here are the pieces, the frame came from B&H.

I drilled holes in the Stroboframe to match the ones in the bracket. These were 6 mm holes so I went to the hardware store and bought 2 6mm bolts 1 1/2 inch long and 2 plastic knobs

Cut the bolts to the size I needed and JB welded the plastic knobs to the bolts.

This shows how the bracket and frame fit together.

and the finished product. The top half of the lens bracket moveds up and down and the whole thing moves side to side, With the bracket mounted as such to the top half, the flash is always pointed to the same place as the lens.

Its a poor mans version but, it works just fine for me. And I didnt spend 500-600 dollars to get-r-done.
