Increase the DOF to get the eyes of both subjects in focus, or compose so that they are on the same plane. 2 - rule; always ensure the eyes are the focus - with few exceptions, and your intent is one of them. 3 - this is an excellent capture but IMO the BW conversion could have some more tonal depth. That comes with practice. Plus, everyone sees BW differently - I like rich blacks and whites. 4 - I like it - but would probably "attempt to reduce the pink hue in the skin - even a little.. Otherwise, great work. EOS 7D, 40D plus primes.....
