First shot is the one i think work the best, the other two are a bit to dark for me. The last one looks odd like you have pasted the car into the shot.

The light on the car looks unnatural to me.
I kind of like the feeling in #2, but as a "car shot", it looks like an illustration of urban decay that just happens to have a car in it.

I like #2 the best, but I think it would have looked even better with the lights of the car on.
