Is that time any significant?? It's early afternoon in Japan. Wouldn't they have made an announcement this morning there if it was today? Maybe it's for tomorrow, I hope.

It marks 11 hours until I have to be at school....

I feel like I should leave out a plate of cookies and a glass of milk for the Canon fairies...just so they will bring something nice, and not a lump of coal (like the MkIII :P )

Are they really as easy to please as Santa is?

It's exciting!

Of course, it'll be funny if this turns out to be a massive disappointment, but let's not go there!

The camera has captured most of the attention, but what does the lens appear to be? Something new?

Possible 24L II or 35L II

Aaah! Well, I'll have to come in to work even before then, unfortunately. Are you planning to pull an all nighter and sleep in class? At least that's always an option for you. Watch me doze off in the morning meeting....

Some of you appear to be getting a little worked up!

It's a camera not Annabel Cheong!

I suggest you all go and have a cigarette to settle your nerves.

LoL! Nah, I'm more enamored with the possibility of acquiring a used Pentax 645 medium format film camera. I'm on a huge film kick right now because of school and my 'fine art photography' major. I love how the developer makes me smell like pickles ;).

I'm starting to turn blue, or is that purple. Darn it, I can't tell. I need to re-profile myself.
