On Camera + Off Camera Flash with Skyports.

Anyone know of a way to shoot with on camera flash and off camera flash at the same time using Skyports? What sort of cables/adapters would be needed?

You need something like this:

But the on-camera flash will need to be in manual mode because you will lose all ETTL capabilities when using the hot shoe adapter.
