I have found it is selling around 60-70 including shipping in my area.
However I was wondering if the upper compartment could fit a 12" notebook

I know there's a laptop compartment version available (476), but I don't feel like spending much more, plus I don't want a bag that's too large.

My equips are below
XSI
70-200 F/4
18-55IS,
Nifty 50
550 flash

12" Dell latitude

Miss. stuff like power adaptor, dust blower, battery etc

XSI , 18-55IS, Sigma 30mm F/1.4, , EF-S 60mm, 80-200F2.8L, Sigma 400mm APO F/5.6, 550EX, Velbon 5300 CF Tripod

12" won't fit on the upper compartment. I think if you have the 18-55 mounted, you could fit all your gear in there. I also have to 70-200 and it barely fits in there. You have to shove it in because it's too tall. Same with the flash but I have it tilted a little so that it's not so tall.

It's a really nice bag though. Great build quality. My only complaint is the camera storage area at the bottom is a bit awkward to get in and out. It might just be because of the 70-200.

Thanks for the reply :D
have been searching for hours without a solution of how big is the upper compartment.

12" is the same size as a piece of A4 paper in 2D.

Will I able to squeeze the laptop behind the lower compartment ?

Thanks for answering
Glad that there is person who has the bag and willing to answer my inquries :)

Your laptop will not fit in this bag, the compartments are not long/deep enough. If you absolutely need to carry a laptop with you I would get the 467 model.
