How many people use LAB Colour adjustments

As title really

If you do any LAB Curve Adjustments, do you do RGB Curve adjustments also

I do a bit of both depending on the image and never sure which I prefer

I used to use it a little, until I was introduced to the "luminosity" and "color" blend modes, which mimic lab adequately for my needs, without the need to convert.

I havent got that far in PS yet :)

Still learning lots and trying to find which ways of things work best for me, trialling different actions and making a few of my own at the moment, (just call it mass experimenting :D)

I have a LAB Action set up to bring out the colors. But then I take it back to RGB.

Ive done exactly the same thing, I made myself an action, and I still seem to have to do a tweak in curves under rbg too :)
