Sending in for service

Hi all,

Quick question. I'm going to send in my 5D along with all my Sigma primes to Sigma for service. When shipping, shouldI insure everything for full retail price? Or the price I can replace them with?

Also, do I ship a battery with the 5D, or should I assume they've got plenty for their own use?

Don't ship a battery. As far as the insurance goes... the price difference probably isn't too much? Check.

The price I paid for it all comes out to about $2600. Brand new would be $900 more (according to Amazon prices).

I more meant the price of insurance... I've never insured anything that expensive before, though, so meh. Someone here'll know.

It's about a $10 difference with FedEx.
