I was contracted by a news agency to shoot a McCain rally in Sterling Heights Michigan this past Friday. Because of contractual issues I cannot show the the best but here are a few seconds that I can show you.
Sorry but I had to shrink them down and upload to photobucket.

This one was more of a third than a second-- and I did a few bad adjustments - I cant shot the good ones but here is the idea of the shot:

I like the last one.

Can you say where your published photos ended up?

Some great shots. How close were you able to get to the candidates?

I honestly did not keep track of where they ended up--- I shot for a national agency who typically gets them picked up globally. Not sure the publications that picked up my photos - but heard briefly from the command they were well liked.

Thanks. I actually was positioned most of the time on a media stand stage left. A place I picked-- but then had secret service escort into the photographers pit - where I stayed until the candidates walked down there.

For the primary I was able to cover and get photos published of every candidate during their visits to Michigan. I will know by tomorrow am if I have to cover Obama's visit to Flint Michigan tomorrow am.

Thanks. I rec'd a call this am from a national magazine who wanted to work out a deal to use my photos -- but this was for a Ultimate Fighting event I covered Sat night -- funny I covered battles, politics and cage matches.

I am also waiting - for a call to confirm my spot to photograph Obama today in Michigan. That would be kind of neat-- than I will have photographed all candidates, primary and general election for president.

Is it just me, or is Palin a hottie? Probably why the ol' fart McCain chose her as his running mate.

Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here (external link). Cursing at your worse-than-a-map reflector? Check out this vid! (external link)

Very cool! Love the shots... and I will leave the 'other' comments alone (since this isn't a political forum).
