This is such a great picture. If you could only correct for the not-level camera causing the buildings to appear to be leaning backwards.

You may be able to correct than in PS using the Perspective Correction feature.

The range of tonality and composition are very good. It is especially interesting that the only recognizable faces are across the interesection. The picture really makes you feel like you are in that rain.
