I like your lighting exposure and composition but his left eye is a bit soft....
Smaller Apperture would increase DOF and fix that......Oh and there is a bit of his head missing....

Yeap, the other eye needs a bit of USM applied. Everything else looks good, would be nice to have the top of his head also, but I don't think the picture looses too much without it.
