So....im obsessed with zombies, and I thought it would be kinda cool to take a picture of myself, and try to "zombifiy" it as much as possible. The background was just a white background and i messed with the "fibers" filter in photoshop (its under render). Then, I messed with some lighting effects, added a sepia-ish tone to an omni lighting effect to give it an old, dingy, flashlight look. Its not perfect....im not exactly happy with the eyes...and I'm sure I could do better with the blood on the shirt and face. I just want some criticism....maybe some ideas that other people have that could improve the photo.

....you're scaring the people jfc......

The first one works better IMO, maybe a touch more contrast but not as much as in #2.
This might sound like heavy criticism, but it's really not - just some artistic suggestions to make it pop ;).
I think you need a shadow behind you on the right (just a bit) and the eyes are a bit flat. I know you mentioned it, but it shouldn't be too hard to fix - some shading in the corners and smooth edges should do it. I'd also exaggerate the frown and darken the blood on his shirt a little (more like #2). Nice concept piece!

Those a cool. The first one looks like it for a movie and the second one a cover of a comic book.

Try putting the eyes back in. Much can be said through the eyes, expessially with some good Photoshoping. Also, try making a layer with the second one on top and mask out portions at different opacity levels. I think you could have a master piece then.

Why not try keeping your eyes, but making them look all milky? Add a layer with white painted over the eyes and lower the opacity to get that effect?

I would try to make the whites all yellow and blood clotty looking. Desaturate the iris, and and try shades of white or red for the pupil.
