OK, I'll state right off the bat that I knew that remote control would be handy to have, but last night, after I got back from Sydney with the RX600 two-light kit and Skyport RX bundle, reality was even better than I thought! As I sat there, across the studio from my strobes, changing the power up and down, turning the modeling lamps on and off, all with a smile on my face... my daughter walked in, and I'm sure she thought that her dad finally lost what little of his mind was still left! I had a grin from ear to ear for no apparent reason that she could see. :D

The fact that the Skyport RX is more than just a radio trigger is something that has to be experienced for the full effect to sink in! Well, just for the record - I have seen the light! Hallelujah! ;) :D I can't wait to use this in anger (have a couple of shoots coming up this week, yay!).

Congrats mate. The smiling every time you adjust the lights remotely doesn't wear off. :)

I'd imagine that pretty soon you'll be buying more RXs as only having a couple of strobes that work remotely will soon seem unacceptable to you (I recommend the dual 300RX kit when you finally crack).

LOL, funny you mentioned that - I'm already thinking that it's going to be a bit of a pain to have to adjust the background lights... :)
