As much as I was confused and did laugh at the responses. You could be right......you could be wrong. Such a low quality picture, its not really going to be a credible picture.

From what I can see, the DOF button is the same as the current 5D and the body does too. The Canon logo above the lens seems to be taped off. Maybe its the real deal. Maybe not. Maybe the world is about to a see a gripless 1D mkIV or maybe it was a Nikon body with a camouflage shell. Who knows.

Well, using my super settings in my copy of Photoshop CS4 I managed to enhance part of the photo to reveal this amazing absolutely "true" information (edit: wasn't working on Safari, so I fixed it):
