The nice part of it, is that my boss works about 12 miles from me. I only see him about once every two weeks. I really have no one to answer to. I determine my own schedule, my own work load, and my own hours. And they pay me pretty good money to do it. I tell my wife Traci that they pay me for what I know, not what I do.
