Cant find this bird in any of my manuals. Anyone have any idea what kind it is?

That is a new one on me, The Beak looks like Grossbeak of some kind!!!

It has the beak of a grossbeak and some coloration of a starling. no idea what it is though. maybe a new species?

Have to agree that it looks like a moulting juvenile cowbird, at least like the ones here in Tennessee. Beak is too small and not high enough for a Grosbeak

good call on the cowbird. Now that I look at it I can kind of see that.
