hey guys,
i need some urgent help and hopefully you guys can help me out. i would like to buy something from a member from Canada and my question is if i need to pay and custom or tax on the item when it gets in the US.

It boils down to the value as well, I've had members ship items from the US that were $650 and it passed right through but other times $950 I got hit. A friend bought a 50 1.2 L off a member in the US and he clearly marked it used and there was no tax. Shawn | Flickr
