Hi, I apologize that I'm asking a noob question. I photographed my pictures in RAW on my 40D and I plan to edit them in CS3 and blow up and print on canvas in sepia/b&w. After editing them, I was curious which would be the best format to save them in that would give me the best quality (sharpness, color, contrast) possible when printing. Thanks a lot guys! :-D

A Q10 JPG with an embedded profile is the best option. More info in the printing and enlargement FAQ.

Agree.

Also, for canvas, you'll find you can sharpen very aggressively, and get great results. Canvas is a coarse medium, and meant to be viewed at a distance, so don't be afraid to use Amount 300, Radius 1.0-1.5 in Unsharp Mask.
