Difference between BG-E2 and BG-E2N

I'm a little confused as to what the difference is between these? I have a 40D.

I was looking at some third party options at Gadget Infinity and their offering for the 40D says it has the same features as the BG-E2, but when I look that up I see that is just for the 20D and 30D and I don't see what features are different...

I believe the only difference between the two, is that the BG-E2N has weather sealing, and the other does not.

I believe the N also has the matching rubber grippy material on the back of the grip as well as the front.

From what I read, the E2N has rubber sealing like what they said up there /\ to match the 40D's weather sealing. Another thing they fixed is the flex problem. In the E2, there was said to be some flexing and it was said to be corrected in the E2N
