So guys... What do you think of the re-organisation? Had time to look around the new apartment block yet?

Haven't had the opportunity, today. AS400 worked properly last night, so 2 days work to do and I had to VNC a computer this morning. For some silly reason the bosses think that stuff takes priority over POTN.

Afternoon folks. End of fiscal year is always so hectic....yet boring.

Becky N wrote in post #6368820 (external link)
In the second act I don't go on stage until at least 1/2 through, so I played a bit more with reflections in the mirror while there was plenty of time. This is a single rose:

The Great and Powerful OZ...

The show rant was nice Becky, but I like the second rose shot and the Great and Powerful Oz most.

This almost looks like Fungus, Randall's assistant in Monsters Inc. LOL!!

I'm not sure if there is any restaurant at Disneyland that serves it...

Oh good....John and I won't have to worry of you delivering a child then. LOL!!

I am hungry for some chocolate. I wonder why?

Pregnancy cravings?

Can someone tell me how to remove the goosebumps on her leg without making her skin look plastic?

That shot is great Cat!! Like the teddy bear addition.

cfpackerfan wrote in post #6369023 (external link)
And this is not a final print... It's a work in progress, and I am open to ideas and input if anyone has suggestions?

I have the basic idea in my head, but I'm not sure if I'm pulling it off like I want to.

cfpackerfan wrote in post #6369056 (external link)
She was getting ready to change her clothes for the shoot, and I INSISTED on getting this shot first. Can you read her shirt?

LMAO!! That is a funny shirt!

Do NOT EVER say anything about Alabama again or I will redirect you to this post.

Have you tried nipple stimulation?

Try semen, ripen that knee right up.

Doood. :|

They just don't have the right kind of beard. Apparantly a neatly trimmed full beard isn't a current popular style...

Looks like a trucker with a camera. HAHAHA!!!

An old shipmate of mine sent me this in an e-mail today. Pay close attention to number 3...

Pretty good John...those were funny....#3 does fit rather well.

She lives in Vegas, going to college (because, as her mother told me, the only way to be a REAL photographer is to go to college). Her dad ended up getting her the 55-200 (Permie's suggestion) and apparently it's 'perfect for what she needs'.
I haven't actually talked with her since she graduated, so I have no idea how she's doing in college.

I went to college:confused: Must have missed the Real Photographer sign up sheet.

Randomness:

Very cool randomness.

short5 wrote in post #6369516 (external link)
Damn and I wanted to be a real photographer. Oh well.

Trying a new processing style... is it too yellowy/orange?

(compression killed this one, sorry)

She's walking up hill!!

Well folks I'm off to work.... driving what little gas I have out ARRRRRRGGGGHHHH This is beginning to stress me out....

You know...that sucks. [rant]I hate how the gas companies create a shortage to manipulate prices...[/rant] I'll stop now before I get worked up.

That is a freakin awesome car!! Did you do a car shoot also?

short5 wrote in post #6371822 (external link)
I am running a trailer to the dump, catch you folk later.

Can you run with a trailer? You strong.

mtnphtgrphr wrote in post #6372132 (external link)
Yes please.... I still need gas and saw LOOOOOONG lines this morning on my way to work...

I'm very stressed out about it. On the way to work, I don't have 2 extra hours to wait in a line... at work I am supervising children so I can't hop up and run down and get gas.... sigh.... I hear there is gas just down the road at a station but I am stuck in a classroom and can't leave... even if I could I'd not have 2 free hours to sit there.... I'm very very stressed.

Your work should let you all go early or at least one at a time to get gas...that's not fair.

Pete wrote in post #6372297 (external link)
It's been a month since I used my camera, so I decided to put it in the back of the car when I went to work today.

Spotted on the journey home..

This a great shot Pete....I like how they are stacked like that.

Well, back to work for me for now. Maybe I'll get another break to check in here later.

BTW, as long as we're talking about Monsters, Inc, and there was that discussion a couple weeks ago about how "Amikah" is pronounced, I thought I should mention something...

"Kitteh" is pronounced exactly the same way Boo refers to Sulley in Monsters, Inc. Same voice, same inflections, and all...

Carry on.

Thanks on both counts, Bobert and that would be a no other than a DOF shot of the name which I haven't converted yet. I'll try to get to that at home. It is going to be part of the montage I'll make for this shoot.

As much as he would love it, the car does not belong to him but to a friend of the family. He however is the only person the friend has allowed to drive it.:D
