THE BIGGEST BONFIRE IN BOONE COUNTY

You must have some redneck in you Becky, that is near as big as our bonfires here. :p

I know you all saw this, it was from a couple years ago.

You done good, Cat. She should be happy with these.

Man, what is it with you guys? You're all so good at the posing thing.

Funny story: This last weekend, Lisa, Chris and I are shooting the wedding. Lisa is busy getting something ready with her camera and she asks me to set up the groom's family for the portrait. There's only about 428 members of the family, so she thinks that I'm up for that detail. What do I do?

"OK people. Get in some form of a cluster in the middle there. Just sorta mingle in tight. There."

I suck at posing.

I tend to ramble. Feel free to put me on ignore.

So, were the pile of coals higher then the tree tops? I can't seem to grasp a perspective on this shot.

Those aren't coals....that is a PILE of cedar tree trunks. The dark silhouettes in front are live oak trees....full grown.

No the wildfire was back in March.

Just a thought that came to me while searching through some presets for LR. I've noticed that there are so many out there or at least many differently named ones. One thing that bothers me is that many of the presets look too similar. Is there only subtle differences between one and another on two different websites? I think many are the same preset, just renamed by another user.

In the second act I don't go on stage until at least 1/2 through, so I played a bit more with reflections in the mirror while there was plenty of time. This is a single rose:

Love the first one, Becky, but they both are great!

And this is not a final print... It's a work in progress, and I am open to ideas and input if anyone has suggestions?

I have the basic idea in my head, but I'm not sure if I'm pulling it off like I want to.

Love the idea, but cannot take it further than you already have. I suck.
