Cat those are really nice!! When did you shoot them? this shoot was my first time ever using the 70-200 as a portrait lens.

thanks Crissa. :D The shoot was yesterday. I used the 70-200 and both my Tamrons. I liked the 70-200 as a portrait lens. I think I would really like the 135. Maybe that will be my next lens. ;)

I have another undead from the parade that isn't a clown... you are welcome to use him, but it's a profile shot, not a full face.

Is it scary?

Just in on the news, Bergen County NJ (where I live) pays the 4th highest real estate taxes on its homes in the entire country.

I know my BIL in NJ pays almost $20k, but they do get a ton of services for that.

Yes, they pay five times what we do, and there property value is only about twice as much. But, they have a great school system, private police force, and such. And, get this, while I was there they came to collect the garbage and they came in to the back yard where it was kept to get it (not allowed out where it can be seen) and even swept up the area around the garbage bins. Heck, here you are lucky to get them to pick it up if it is a bit heavy, long, something blocking the truck from getting within 3 feet, construction looking materials, and so on.

John hows the temps there now ..cooling off any?

No, we had a high of 92 here today. It's a bit sticky now and none of our fans are working. In fact nobody on the entire block has fans. Or anything else... The power has been out for about an hour.

I'm using my laptop and hitch-hiking on the unsecured wireless of someone across the street (where the power is still on.) It's a very weak signal so I don't know how long I'll be on.
