I'm on a weird diet thing. Been doing it for almost a week, and it's working wonders. Anywho... it's a pretty strict menu of certain mixtures of proteins and carbs. I get to eat 4 meals a day (YAY!) but I have to follow a pretty strict menu. It works for me. Today was an all protein day. Except for at one meal (lunch) I could have some carbs added in... Prunes. I was so excited to have fruit with all my protein, that I may have overdone it on the prunes. I don't think I'll ever do that again. Oh cwap! Terri |GEAR|
