But of course and thank you. mtnphtgrphr wrote in post #6478688 I worked the pumpkin patch at our Church yesterday.... Check out this cutie who came by.... ![]() All are cute, the sepia seems to really work. Skrim17 wrote in post #6479157 crochet season? Is it competitive? Terri has the best hook in the county, I'm told. Skrim17 wrote in post #6479366 I've had a persistently aching back for a coupla weeks now How is your iron level and have you told your doc about this? puddlepirate44 wrote in post #6479473 Simple solution. Go up to her and say, "I am going to take some Senior pics of you next Saturday. This is the only time this will happen. If you are not ready, then I will take pics of you as you are at that time. If you're still in bed, then your Senior pics in the yearbook will be of you in bed and in jammies. Your call." Yeah, I never was asked for parental advice very often. Don't know why, this is excellent advise. BeckyWomen and Cats will do as they please. Men and dogs had better get used to it. ~ Robert Heinlein; Procrastinate now! I had to wear a jacket. Leave it to Amikah to learn how to swim on a cold windy day. ![]() We went to a large pond this afternoon. It's fed by a pretty good sized stream. the dogs and I walked all the way around the pond, then down by the stream. I was surprised that it was fairly deep and flowing nice and fast. We've been having a lot of rain lately, so that must have been why. Anyway, the only stream that Amikah has been in so far, is that little one that we've taken them to before that you can walk across. I think she thought that this was no different. ![]() She dropped her ball in the water, then when it started floating away, she launched off the bank to get it. And went all the way under. She's a pretty strong swimmer... I was impressed. She did the swim/leap/plunge/jump/swim maneuver all the way across to the other side, then when I called her, she did the whole thing again to get back to me. I watched her close, and was ready to jump in and save her, but she was totally fine with it. Like she does it every day. ![]() We had a black lab that used to swim in the ocean! One time he got caught in a rip current... Dad and I went in after him.... he would follow us, so we did the swimming parallel to the shore and he got out of it and swam back in.... hehehehehe Nice!
