I tried to find many still life subjects, even though 90% of the weekend rained... :(

1.) The bench next to our sand volleyball court, right by the dunes...

2.) Coke and Wine. I say it's gross. One of the crew drank it all weekend.

3.) Cast Iron Teapot on the Woodburning Stove in the Kitchen Area...

Nice series makes me want to go to the lake and sit around that out door table playing cards having a couple of ice cold drinks and then waking up to a hot pot of coffee...

Is there a reason that the first image is tilted? If it has anything to do with the second image, then never mind.

Coke and cheap wine? I can figure out why this one is tilted.

Teapot on cast iron woodburning heater -- this is a fairly good subject, but I wish that the handle were in better focus, the image were straighter, and that the background were better than looking at a corner on the floor.

I see this as another example of why the posting suggestions are either not adequate or are being violated. With my screen resolution set at 1280 x 1024, I should not have to scroll up and down or left/right in order to see the entire picture. In this case you followed the rules, but the rules are not adequate. Please give that some thought when preparing pictures for posting!

I like the tea-kettle picture because it is a nice combination of shapes, textures and lines. It also has a nice low key range of tones.

Hmmm...they don't really do much for me to be honest. The tilting doesn't really bother me though. :)
