Thanks for all the Birthday shouts.

Happy new year everyone, I have been down in cornwall for the festive season, and doing my best to have a break from compoooters and cameras, even though I got my MKIII the night before travelling (and managed not to take a single shot with it whilst down there)

However I'm back now and hopefully at arsenal again on Saturday \o/

I'm looking at a Thinktank Airport international 2.0 (external link)

400 2.8 and 500 f4 lenses
We have a patent-pending feature that allows the lens hoods of large lenses like a 400 2.8 or a 500 f4 to fit into the roller. The way the handle system is installed allows for a deeper area in the bottom of the bag since the handle does not extend all the way to the bottom. Featured in this photo is a basic “sports” set up, with a 400 2.8, a 70-200 2.8, a wide angle, two DSLR’s, and, of course, a Pixel Pocket Rocket.

Anyone got any experience of it?

I haven't played golf for years, was never better than 28 but have played a few courses around the world, Dubai, States, virgin Islands etc. when I was in the navy.

Like we discussed earlier last year recently (that sounds daft :) ), we should arrange a golf meet. Find a nice course somewhere that can do society days providing food and drinks etc. Should be a great day!

I'm rubbish at golf and usually only play when I'm back in Canada visiting my mom (who's a golf addict). I did play the course in the Virgin Islands (on St. Thomas) while I was down there. It was eeeevil...I've never lost so many golf balls in one day.

Been laid up with sodding flu all weekend. :( Had lots of snow here too but couldn't even drag myself out to shoot it!

Another golfer here too! I got down to about 16 but I never really pushed myself and could probably have got down further. I don't play much now though as cricket takes up my time in the summer.

flash bracket fits a treat Mitesh, if your in landscape mode and you slightly turn the camera to the right the hinge starts to go...I crapped myself first but it doesn't go all the way over ;) Feels really solid in Portrait but that bloody grip is just a tad to long which makes it annoying, hacksaw it off! right off to the gym....I'm still aching from Sat lol! I'm going to die before my wedding at this rate so this gym lark will be in vain lol

I dislocated my shoulder playing basketball 1 week after i put down a whole bunch of money on Golf lessons 5 years ago - never got my money back. Since then i have dislocated my shoulder 13 times and i am having my 2nd operation to fix it this march :(

I really want to play golf, but im scared my arm would actually fly further down the fairway than the ball. I will play caddy/photographer for someone though if there is a meet!
